Welcome to Pigeon Ridge German Shepherds!

Pigeon Ridge German Shepherds was created on January 2, 2016 when I married my best friend, Jonathan McColpin. Prior to that I worked side by side with my mom, Carol Presley, at Presley German Shepherds for the majority of the 25 years or so that she has been breeding. My mom and I have spent years selecting what we believe are the perfect GSDs. Here at Pigeon Ridge Kennels John and I continue to focus on temperament and health as our first priority, followed by conformation and pedigree, while never losing sight of the German Shepherd standard set forth by Captain Max Von Stephanitz in the late 1800s. 

Pigeon Ridge Kennels offers purebred German Shepherd puppies with AKC limited registration(which means we are selling them as pets, not breeding dogs) and are up to date on vaccines and deworming. A written 2 year genetic health guarantee which includes hips and elbows is also included. They are microchipped with a lifetime registered chip which remains in our name with the new owner as a secondary contact. This is done for the protection of our puppies and is not negotiable. If ever one of our puppies is unable to stay in its new home it should be returned to us or we should be contacted to help place the pup into a new home. Under no circumstances should the puppy be surrendered to an animal shelter, dog pound, rescue, etc! There are enough dogs in shelters and we do not want ours becoming part of the problem. In fact we strive to be part of the solution by helping to rescue several homeless and abandoned puppies and dogs every year.
